Documentation Drift Catch-Up — April–May 2026 Landings
What changed
Consolidated chronicle for work that landed on development after the early
April governance entries but before this catch-up pass. Cursor refreshed
README.md, memory bank rules, and kb/_index.yaml (via rebuild-kb-index.py)
in PR-0183. Codex then normalized the website-log record in PR-0184 and
closed the LIB-0253 founding-essay provenance loop in PR-0182.
April 2026 — access and orchestration
- DEC-0024 — Public knowledge, gated compute: KB/graph/imagery public; semantic search and heavy AI surfaces account- or membership-gated.
- DEC-0022 — Codex as default orchestrator; agents push to
development. - DEC-0025–0027 — Prompt claim exclusivity, online-source ingest hardening.
- DEC-0028 —
in_corpus: truerequires exact manifest-backed ingest; proxies usecorpus_proxy_ids. PR-0182 (Codex) confirmed the founding essay'sLIB-0253use is physical-library source coverage with proxy corpus support fromCORPUS-010, not exact ingest.
Site tranches (Cursor + Codex): semantic retrieval gate, quota scaffolding,
user-bound machine access, membership packaging (DEC-0026). Public
/search remains keyword search per DEC-0024.
April–May 2026 — corpus and content pipeline
- Online source audit and wave-1 ingest (PR-0146, PR-0150, PR-0163): expanded open-source corpus; manifest now 175 texts, ~19,141 chunks.
- Wave-1 source essays approved (Codex): 19 essay directories under
content/specials/*-essay/; cascade queued for six additional books (Guénon through Blavatsky — Claude essays + Cursor imagery + KB deepen). - Imagery backlog (PR-0151, PR-0152): 23 figure portraits; concept imagery for Catharsis/Eros; essay imagery for ESS-0018/0019.
- Notebook + ops: KB flagging in notebook, Agent Operations Center at
/internal/*(Codex-owned per DEC-0019).
Production state (unchanged headline)
- MS-S01-E01 produced, not published; founding essay produced.
- Most episodes remain stub;
make production-reportdrives scan/ingest priorities.

- SNAP-0003: current site/corpus/governance state captured after the catch-up pass.
- Execute cascade queue: Claude source essays before Cursor essay-imagery prompts.
